2008 Rule Changes

Minor League

Beginning in Spring 2008 there will be a continous batting order for all players on the team.  If there are 12 players on the team then all 12 will be placed in the batting order.

Beginning in Spring 2008 The minor league runs per inning will become 5 runs per inning.  When a team scores 5 runs the inning will be declared over no matter how many outs the team has received.
